I changed Helmer's water today and he is so happy to play his favorite game! He has 2 things in his tank - a plant and a statue. This is what his tank looks like when he gets fresh water. However, he loves for his plant to float and will be working on it for the remained of the day. He moves the rocks one by one by picking them up in his mouth and depositing them elsewhere in his tank. Once the plant base is on top of the rocks, he will pick the rocks out of the base that weighs it down and eventually by tomorrow, the plant will be floating at the top. It looks ridiculous but he does it EVERY TIME he gets fresh water. Silly fish!

Lol, that's a whole lotta work for one little fishy! In many ways it must be nice to completely forget how much work a task can involve, that way you put your heart & soul (or in Helmer's case, fins and scales) into everything you do :}
